Booking cancellation

CANCELATION of booking made within 24 hours before check-in time is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • 48 hours before check-in date will have a 50% refund of room rate.

  • 72 hours before check-in date will have a Full refund of the room rate.

Check-In and Check-Out Time

Check-in Time is 1500H
Check-out Time is 1200H

Any extension of stay must be reconfirmed with the front desk.

Reservation and Cancellation

CANCELATION of booking made within 24 hours before check-in time is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • 48 hours before check-in date will have a 50% refund of room rate.
  • 72 hours before check-in date will have a Full refund of the room rate.

NO SHOW shall mean forfeiture of deposit/payment made.

Smoking Policy

All rooms are NO SMOKING rooms.

Do not smoke in non-smoking rooms (including smoking with e-cigarettes, heat-not-burn-tobacco, etc.). If smoking or cigarette butts are found in your room, you will be charged Php 5,000 peso as room cleaning fee and room damage compensation.

Please smoke at the hotel designated smoking area.

Lost Items

The Glory Hotel does not take responsibility for the loss of valuables left in the room.

Guest Safety
  • Any items broken inside the room due to mishandling will be charged on your account.

  • Do not use guest rooms for purposes other than lodging without permission from the hotel.

  • Do not use open flames for heating or cooking in the guestrooms, corridors, or other common areas.

  • Do not move equipment or fixtures within the hotel or guest rooms from their designated locations without reason.

  • Do not change or modify the current state of equipment within the hotel room without permission. Do not enter storage rooms, machinery rooms, emergency stairs (except during emergencies), or other staff-only areas.

Pet Policy and Prohibited Items

Do not bring the following items into the hotel:

  • Dogs (excluding assistance dogs for the disabled), cats, birds, and other animals, or pets in general

  • Items that emit a foul or strong odor

  • Excessively heavy objects or an excessive number of objects

  • Guns, swords, or other weapons

  • Explosives, volatile oils, or other items that are flammable or easily ignited

  • Other items deemed a threat to the safety of other guests

  • As a general rule, lost and found items with the hotel will be disposed of within three (3) months of the date of deposit unless otherwise specified.

  • Please note that using the guest room telephone to place a call outside the hotel will incur a facility usage fee.

  • Should the hotel deem that a guest’s health or life is in serious danger, the hotel may call an ambulance, regardless of the guest’s will.
